STAHL INTEGRATED HELIDECK LIGHT CONTROL TEF4600
The TEF 4600 integrated Helideck Lights Control is a first integrated control system for an easy and safe control and monitoring of all lights installed in a helideck. The control system can be delivered for use in both safe areas and Zone 1 areas. All types of Tranberg lights can be connected (perimeter lights, floodlights, obstruction lights, illuminated windsocks, Circle & H lights, status lights, etc.). Central to the system is a touch panel. Using an intuitive user-friendly menu, the user can simply set the lights on or off or dim respective lights when needed. The touch panel can be mounted either in the door of the main panel (safe areas only), in the adjacent room or elsewhere. R. STAHL’s Exicom MT-498 operator panel can be used for Zones 1 and 2. All touch panels come fully loaded with software and configuration options. Regardless of the control panel type, additional remote control panels may be connected. These are push-button panels with integrated illumination, allowing local control of lights, and in full synchronization with the computer screens. Applications: Deck light control panel; floodlight control panel; helideck control panel; heating system control panel; pump control panel; status panel; general control panel
- All control gear in one cabinet, simplifying connections, control and monitoring
- Smaller footprint than individual control cabinets for each type of light
- Combined with Tranberg’s new line of LED helideck lights means an installation with an absolute minimum of required inspections and minimized maintenance
- Connection with a supervisory control system through Ethernet, Profibus or similar standards
- Optional touchscreen, allowing local control (Zone 1 panel or non-Ex)
- Optional remote button and lamp control panel, allowing additional control of lights

STAHL EMERGENCY LUMINAIRE FOR FLUORESCENT LAMPS SERIES 6018/1
The safety light made of 6018/1 series sheet steel is used for emergency lighting and suitable for use in spraying and painting systems. The battery powers the emergency lighting over 1.5 or 3 hours. In case of a defective lamp, the luminaire switches to the working lamp. In operation, their robust construction means that they require minimal maintenance. With the right accessories, these high-quality luminaires are easy to install in a wide variety of ways in no time at all.
- For use in Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22
- Enclosure made from powdercoated sheet steel or stainless steel
- Central lock for opening and closing the luminaire plus a safety switch that disconnects the power supply at all poles when the luminaire is opened
- With weekly functional test and annual emergency lighting light duration test
STAHL FLOODLIGHT LED SERIES 6125/2
The new generation of LED floodlights for Zone 1 also relies on the tried-and-tested, robust stainless steel enclosure (optionally seawater-resistant stainless steel 316L). However, thanks to their smaller design and a new generation of drivers, they weigh significantly less, thereby improving ergonomics during installation and operation. Now with three power classes and the three tried-and-tested light distribution curves, the LED floodlight generates three colours of LED light – warm white, neutral white and cold white.
- LED high-performance floodlight with a power consumption up to 225 W
- Wide voltage input between 110 V and 277 V (50 Hz and 60 Hz)
- Suitable for operation using central battery systems and mains DC (176 V to 264 V DC)
- Three power classes available: 100 W, 160 W and 225 W
- An enclosure made of 316L stainless steel is available for marine and offshore applications
STAHL EMERGENCY LUMINAIRE FOR FLUORESCENT LAMPS EXLUX SERIES 6009/5
The 6009 series EXLUX emergency luminaire is suitable for use as safety lighting. It is lightweight and requires minimal maintenance. The battery is housed in the external enclosure and powers the emergency lighting for 1.5 or 3 hours. If one lamp is faulty, the luminaire switches to the working lamp. When the central lock is opened, the luminaire is always disconnected from the power supply at all poles.
- Can be used in Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22
- Two fluorescent lamps: 18 W and 36 W
- Weekly function test and annual emergency light duration test

STAHL FLOODLIGHT LED SERIES 6525/22 (EX EC)
The revised generation of LED floodlights for Zone 2 now includes a version with Ex ec type of protection especially for the European market. This eliminates the time-consuming vapour tightness test. The wide-range input now also meets the electrical installation conditions for global use. With an optional DALI interface, the floodlight paves the way to a digital lighting solution. Its extremely low start-up current can also support existing installations, as the circuit breakers that are already installed do not need to be replaced.
- Checked and approved in accordance with Ex ec type of protection, so vapour tightness test is not applicable
- Stainless steel enclosure as standard for a long service life and safety even under harsh ambient conditions
- Extremely wide range of ambient temperatures – between -60 °C and +60 °C
- Robust design with IK10 and IP66
- Wide-range input with optional 100 V to 277 V
- DALI versions available for lighting control, monitoring and switching
