We manufacture stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316L control station Atex control boxes. They are specially designed to perform checks, maneuvers and as actuators in explosive atmospheres. The increased-safety IP66 stainless steel Ex Rack 19″ enclosure Luxorex and Tibex stands out for its robustness and a very spacious interior. For use in indoor and outdoor corrosive environments that require a water-tight seal, this enclosure’s seamless foam-in-place gasket and screw-down clamps provide a secure seal against contaminants and they are certified to be used at hazardous and Atex zones 1, 2, 21 & 22, it is greatly valued for its high security and resistance in the harshest environment. The rack 19″ made of stainless steel AISI 304L or AISI 316L and with a polished glossy surface finish.

The Ex splitter box is designed for use in hazardous areas is  to get two or more sockets as outputs by one current input, allowing this way us to use more than two plugs from a large distance to devices.
The splitter box is a secure device, comfortable and useful, which is protected thanks to an Atex & IECEx enclosure specially designed, water-proof, antirust and made in stainless steel AISI 304L which guarantees an IP66 protection. This enclosure is CE marked to the Atex Directive for safe use in zones 1 and 2 potentially explosive gas and zones 21 and 22 dust atmospheres, making it ideal for power distribution within hazardous area confined spaces.
To make easier the movement of this enclosure it has a handle on the cover, to move it to the right place.

The increased-safety Geoex Series IP67 junction box is made in either AISI 304L or 316L stainless steel. Certified to be used in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22, it is greatly valued for its high security and resistance even in the harshest environments. We can make it to any dimension required by our customers, up to a maximum size of 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm. TURNKEY PROJECTS: Options available include sizes, colours, types of connection among others.
