Delvalle Gland Plate Ex e ATEX Terminal & Juntion Boxes
The Ex e terminal & juntion boxes Terbox Series, include a removable cable gland plate, being useful and effective in advance to place and mechanize the different holes for cable glands and even keypads.
This equipment consists in a waterproof IP65, robust, safe and corrosion resistant Ex terminal box, which has been specially designed to the customer’s specifications to perform the product and can deliver it in a record time.
These terminal boxes are placement in areas whereas a corrosive and hazardous areas.

The AC contactor modules Atex & IECEx, are devices to control circuits or motor circuits permiting or not allowing the operation of the circuit. These contactor can be used in branch circuits to control lighting, heating, appliances, motors and similar circuits.
These contactors guarantee the safety of the technical staff who work with them, because these contactors can work at really high or low currents. In addition these devices are far from the controlled equipment, thus increasing safety.
Enclosed in a waterproof antirust box with AISI 304L stainless steel. This design allows use of the device in protected spaces with high explosion risk, so obtaining, the “Ex e” and “Ex d” protection for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of dust and gas.

IP68 Ex e Terminal & Junction boxes are made of stainless steel; based on the design and specifications of our Geoex boxes (which are Ex-certified as final product).
Terbox Series can be used in projects requiring the assembly and certification of junction boxes with terminal, cable glands and push-buttons, giving cost and time savings.
Terminal boxes are used for dividing and connecting wires for various electrical apparatus and instruments in the circuits. Installation is certified for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.

Stainless steel Ex E terminal and junction boxes “Terbox Series”, has been developed for installations in hazardous areas 1, 2, 21 and 22 and corrosion areas, for installation of signal and power distribution networks in hazardous areas.
We have diferents door types; screw closure, hinged enclosures, and stand large capacity enclosures.They are certified according to the latest Atex and other international standards, types of explosion protection include Ex e, Ex ia and Ex tb.

This Atex & IECEx desk allows the control of many Atex & IECEx components and devices from control panel thanks to the easy control with selectors, push buttons, buttons with key, viewers, red mushrooms, alarms, light signals…
Its use is for industries zones with explosion risk, oil & gas and petro chemical industries.
It’s based on the component placement, which is designed according to the customer needs to get a desk with a high view, comfort and control. Every component has Atex & IECEx certification.
This Atex & IECEx desk has been designed specifically as an anticorrosion and waterproof desk, made of stainless steel AISI 304L or AISI 316L, allowing its use in zones with high explosion or corrosion risk. Besides, it guarantees an IP66 protection.
