APPLETON Mercmaster™ LED Low Profile Series Luminaires

The Appleton™ Mercmaster™ LED Low Profile Luminaires are reliable, light-weight, compact and ideal for task and area lighting applications under 20′. Field changeable globes, 6kV standard surge, and a choice of lumen outputs and Correlated Color Temperatures (CCTs) make this luminaire a great option for hazardous locations where corrosive atmospheres exist. These luminaires ensure uniform light distribution without spotlight effects or dark spots and can be tailored in the field. Also available in an Emergency Battery Backup version, it offers 90- or 180- minute modes. This is the one harsh and hazardous location luminaire you can specify to meet all your low-mount application requirements, without compromise.

Three light output levels for retrofit of HID fixtures up to 175 Watts. Emergency version provides up to 1400 lumens illumination for 90 minutes of emergency lighting with clear lens or 800 lumens illumination for 180 minutes of emergency lighting
Hinge has high lip for added safety during installation and servicing. Hinge and bolt construction assures 360° compression at all points on fixture housing gasket for positive sealing. Swing away design of captive bolt and nut simplifies servicing
Standard screw-type terminal block can accept UL/CSA 24-10 AWG wire
NPT threads standard
Emergency version features functional diagnostic test self-initiates every 14 days after initial start up. Duration test is automatically performed once per year
Green and Red LEDs indicate charging status and provide fault warning on Emergency version
quick disconnect connector easily cuts power between LEDs and battery management module to allow maintenance in hazardous locations on Emergency version
Universal ratings provide vast regional coverage and can be specified by end users to meet NEC, CEC, IECEx or ATEX requirements
