Delvalle Atex & IECEx XXL Enclosures

The Ex splitter box is designed for use in hazardous areas is  to get two or more sockets as outputs by one current input, allowing this way us to use more than two plugs from a large distance to devices.
The splitter box is a secure device, comfortable and useful, which is protected thanks to an Atex & IECEx enclosure specially designed, water-proof, antirust and made in stainless steel AISI 304L which guarantees an IP66 protection. This enclosure is CE marked to the Atex Directive for safe use in zones 1 and 2 potentially explosive gas and zones 21 and 22 dust atmospheres, making it ideal for power distribution within hazardous area confined spaces.
To make easier the movement of this enclosure it has a handle on the cover, to move it to the right place.

The Ex e terminal & juntion boxes Terbox Series, include a removable cable gland plate, being useful and effective in advance to place and mechanize the different holes for cable glands and even keypads. This equipment consists in a waterproof IP65, robust, safe and corrosion resistant Ex terminal box, which has been specially designed to the customer’s specifications to perform the product and can deliver it in a record time. These terminal boxes are placement in areas whereas a corrosive and hazardous areas.

The AC contactor modules Atex & IECEx, are devices to control circuits or motor circuits permiting or not allowing the operation of the circuit. These contactor can be used in branch circuits to control lighting, heating, appliances, motors and similar circuits.
These contactors guarantee the safety of the technical staff who work with them, because these contactors can work at really high or low currents. In addition these devices are far from the controlled equipment, thus increasing safety.
Enclosed in a waterproof antirust box with AISI 304L stainless steel. This design allows use of the device in protected spaces with high explosion risk, so obtaining,  the “Ex e” and “Ex d” protection for use in potentially explosive atmospheres of dust and gas.
